I got fooled by all the good reviews. I brought my newly bought second hand bike to the store to have my brakes fixed. My front brake was already working fine but my back brake was not so responsive. They took my bike and told me that I will get it in 1 WEEK. Considering i would get the bike after 1 week with perfect brakes and that it seemed to be a credible shop from reviews, i decided to leave my bike with them despite long waiting time and expensive asked price. When i finally received, I paid 25 and when i tried the bike the back brake which needed fixing felt EXACTLY THE SAME. When i told this to the shop, they told me that I asked to get the brakes \adjusted\ and not for \stronger brake power\. What else does a normal person mean by \fixing brakes\? Then he started saying that my brake cables, brake pads etc. are old which is why the brakes are not so strong which would require even more money. Why was i not told that the brake cables, pads etc. needed replacing when they accepted my bike and that those were not included in price?I was expecting to receive perfect brakes after waiting 1 week. In the end i paid 25, lost many days all for nothing, exactly the same brakes, no difference in riding at all. Wasted money, felt totally ripped off! I definitely do not recommend this shop. I would never go to Radwerkstatt again. UPDATE: They also charged me to adjust the saddle. While picking up the bike i specifically asked them about the second saddle screw where the angle of the seat is set, if the screw is tight enough because earlier it was loose. And i was told \yes\. Rode the bike for 15 minutes and it is loose again. Apparently it was screwed not enough tightly. Incredibly upset! Feels like i burnt my money for nothing.

Just visited those guys for a service at my 2011. KTM bicycle and I can't be more happy. Everything went alright. Guys were fast, friendly and professional. If you are looking for a place to repair or service your bicycle, this is the right one. I can only recommend them. P.S. Price including service and part replacement

Great workshop - I was passing through Vienna on a cycle trip and had a problem with my front hub. I took it to Radwerkstatt and despite it being the height of summer they were able to fix it the day after so I could carry on as planned. I needed a new hub, which they had and were able to replace that day. They also checked and adjusted the cables and replaced the chain, and fixed my bedraggled bar tape! I've since done a few hundred kms and all the work is great and holding up well. Thanks so much Daniel and team!!

Vielen Dank!
