Why do you sell tickets which includes elevator price if it doesn't work ??? Since last year. It is hard to understand what's drives these. You coming to lower station, pay the full price of 28 euro per adult and then being told that elevator do not work. And the same ticket without elevator price costs 22 euro in other offices. Shame on you. And this occurs in so called "cultural heritage"

A cashier in the ticket office near the lower station of the lift is unfair. When we were bying tickets to the lift, castle and bird show (about 10:40 AM), she didn't inform us that the lift was out of order. The cashier informed us about lift only after we had bought tickets. Why only after buying tickets, not before? In general why complex tickets are sold if the lift is out of order? There are separate tickets to the castle and the bird show if you're walking by foot, but shw didn't tell us about it. It's fraud. At least we had to be sold reduced tickets. Is it because we spoke English? Shame on your cashier!

Amazing place! Unbeatable panorama and very interesting castle.

went there for "Vollmondnacht". Despite lot's of people we got a spot. Parking is right next to the entrance for the lift. parking itself is free but entrance to the castle is not. Same price if you walk or if you take the lift.
