The appartment is in perfect quality. It's big and it has everthing you need. The -1 point is the communication. We contact the staff by notes, because we can't find anyone and none has been introduced properly. Btw: we do miss the coffee spoon, mugs and the schnapsglazen too. It's also quite warm in here and we would like a second entrance key. In anything else: perfect
