I was here with my son at Sunday night. The doctors and nurse are very friendly and thorough. Considering how many people were there the waiting time was very good and also there were enough places to everyone. The place was also quite clean.

Always very long waiting times. Dispenser machines only work with coins and nowhere they will give change. If you're here for a long time (2 hours) and the kids get hungry, there's nothing you can do. Ridiculous that in this time and age the dispensers don't accept electronic payment. Also... On the dispenser they sell turkey sandwiches. Did no one inform this hospital that processed meats are carcinogenic type 1 (as categorized by the World Health Organization). This is like selling cigarettes for the kids inside a children hospital... No healthy foods for children to be seen on the dispensers. What a huge fail!

We have a very good experience with this hospital. The staffs are very friendly and all can speak good English. Overall, very good.

I'm more then satisfied with St. Anna Hospital. We went there with my 1 year old son, because he had diarrhea and very high temperature (40 day and night). I was really worried because I have never experienced this situation before, he is my first baby. The whole team was just amazing, very kind and helpful. They calmed me down and explained to me everything what supposed to be done and they told us we should come back in case it will be worst. I can just say Big Thank You to St. Anna Hospital! Wau!..now my baby is just fiiiiine! I cant be happy enough! P.s.: The hospital is very nice inside, until I showed my baby all the decos on the wall, we were called inside. (max. half hour)

Been here st least 4 times this year, this last time has been the worse. Over 2 1/2 hours waiting time and just temperature measured. Went to ask to the receptionist if this is normal and her answer was “if you want to see Dr. yes” “in weekends is 4 hours” sorry but that is not a justification nor excuse. Once you’re attended Drs are good and friendly, yet waiting time kills anyone. On the entrance says the policies under which they receive patients, and we understand emergencies have priority, but my son is 3 years old, and next to us about 10 more families with older and younger kids with similar waiting times! I don’t think 39 degrees on a kid is normal specially if his fever has been constantly coming back up during the day. My complain might not change the system, but might help others

So Today we went there because my son has a MRI schedule. After that is fine then they ask to remove the basisplatte and beutel of my son and they change it to urinary bag. And they send us to AKH without the proper basisplatte and beutel of my son.. Now my son is smelling like urine because the urinary bag theh give cannot manage to hold the urine..My son is very wet and smelly..They think they know better..
