Awesome service! I came in with a loose mystery hub and despite the shop having a massive sale on at the time and all hands on deck being super busy the manager stopped everything and helped me out then and there, super cool! :) Very much recommend the shop (they also have an excellent selection of pretty much everything - including a DOPE Aistreeem display bike [look for the cool paint job]!

Disappointing. I ordered a specific bottle cage, which was not available in Holland. I really wanted it, so I paid 12 euro additionally to get it shipped over from Bikepalast. Turned out they just shipped another product, not even the same size! My bottles won't even fit... No consultation at all with me about this decision. Unacceptable, I paid for a product I never wanted.
