Asked support via email how to return a product which I picked up at the store. Got a fast response o problem within 14 days\. So I returned the product at the shop here in Salzburg - completly unused, in the original box and not a sign of even having it unboxed. However, the guy at the counter told me right away there will be at least a 5% deduction no matter what. After telling him that I don't think we are going to play this game and a short discussion (and when he saw the product is in mint condition), I got the full refund. I'm aware that e-tec is not a full-service shop but I expect to get at least the minimum service within my customer rights. I research what I need an barely ever return products - if I have to, I don't want to argue as if I were 16 years old and have done something wrong. Anyway, e-tec lost a loyal customer today. Amazon and co a re sooo much easier to deal with.

Kundenservice NULL Unfreundlicher und sichwichtig machender Geschäftsleiter der von Kundenservice und Kundenbetreuung keine AHnung hat. Menschlich völlig von der Rolle. Werde nie wieder dort ein Produkt kaufen. Geht zu anderen Elektrohändler in Salzburg.

Auch wenn eine Bestellung aufgrund von Lieferproblemen seitens des Lieferanten storniert werden muss, ist dies problemlos möglich und Rücküberweisungen werden sehr schnell abgewickelt. Das nenne ich mal guten Kundenservice!
