I'm a foreigner here so not sure of what is the typical prices for laundry but for the 20kg wash i paid 12 and for the 26kg dryer i paid 8 for 30 minutes. The wash machine does not look like it has soap bubbles during washing but once done i can smell the detergent, i think they use low suds detergent, not sure if there's any softener. The dryer works just fine and my coats and jackets are dry although one customer there complained her 15kg dryer is not working suddenly during drying. Place is a little glooomy at night but looks pretty clean. There is also a ironing stations and cloth folding station near dryer area. The pay machine accepts coins and 20 notes and provides balance money and receipt.

Place seems less maintained than the one I used in Vienna, also cash or their own card only at the kiosk, it does not accept credit cards. The dryer does not seem to work 100% either, it came up with some sort of error but restarted again as I pressed the power button and the clothes were still a bit damp after 30 mins at 80 degrees. Normally should be dry
Nice little laundry. A few little restaurants close by, but not too much else to do to pass the time around the area.
The wash & dry machine was expensive yet didn't dry well so paid more for a dryer. Teens were hanging out & smoking in there so it stank.
We were thoroughly impressed with Green and Clean Vienna, that was spotless, highly efficient and easy to use. We cannot say the same for the Salzburg laundromat. It was grubby and machines were out of service or not functioning as specified. After paying 10 for a load to be washed and dried, it took our money and refused to work. Calling for assistance was met with an indifference at best, and seen as a nuisance with sighs. The owner did not attend the facility and nor was the ongoing support on the telephone useful. Other customers complained of a similar experience. It cost a further 10 for us to wash our load: a cynic may view such a scenario as a simple means of improving profit by 100% - I would advise other travellers to look elsewhere, or wait until they visit Vienna for a true, sanitized and effective laundromat.
Used a Green & Clean in Vienna so was willing to walk the 2.5km to get to this one from our hotel. All good except the payment machine wasn't accepting bank notes. Not many local shops open on a Sunday afternoon but I was able to get some change from lovely store owners nearby.
Used 2 washing machines dryer ( 16e) : cloths still the same , with stains and not smelling any detergent, like it has been done with water only. I called the number and after a big conversation to convince them they accepted to make a quick wash ..after to dry the man refused and spoke very bad with me then cut the line 3times .with a babyof 6months I had to spend more than half day here and spend more many... Never come back
