Avoid at all costs. Total scam artists. I would give zero star if I could. On drop off the agent collecting had no ID in the car park except a sweat wrist band with the company logo (which presumably anyone could get). Very unprofessional. He went over the car with the light on his phone for a long time and finally said he found a new scratch. It was on the inside side of the door. Be very careful to check the car minutely before you leave with it. Really, who has the time to spend an hour doing that in a dark car park. They will find every tiny mark and try to claim money/damages from you or your excess insurer. We had full excess insurance but that's not the point. Excess insurers beware, they are scamming you too. Very short term outlook. The agents must be on some sort of commission for how much money they can get from so called damage. The agent even banged the car door on the car next to us. Probably ready to claim from the next customer. Will NEVER use this company again.

Avoid at all cost, this company will use any unreasonable excuse to extort money from you. Our plane was delayed and we arrived one hour late to the counter, and even though they had the flight ID in their system, they claimed the assigned car has been already rented and we had to pay 200 extra on top of the airport taxes for another car. By the way we were not on the only ones with the predicament. Every customer in the queue was told the same sob story just to rake more mony. Avoid like the plague

Very rude costumer service. No respect for the clients at all. They were not able to change a name at the desk, so THEY decided to cancel our car. We had to make a new reservation, this could take up to 3 hours. We allready got a little frustrated, so one of us decided to film our friend renting the new car. The guy behind the counter got really mad about that and IMMIDEATLY stopt our NEW reservation. In stead of telling him not to film... He got really mad at us so even when we said we were sorry and we would delete the film, there was no talking possible. We just had to leave.
Criminelen. Ik huur een auto via ryanair en kom aan om 20.30 zoals voorzien. De man aan de balie deelt me mede dat hij nog aan het wachten is op een auto die binnenkomt. 37 euro ingehouden. Reclame bord op desk raadt aan om niet vol te tanken want hun prijs is 1, 10 euro per liter diesel. Een val want ze laten me de vulling van de ad Blue betalen die ik bijna leeg kreeg en ze tanken voor 100 euro daar waar er maar 50 liter verbruikt was. Ryanair wil niet helpen want ik had een vol - vol contract. Verder nog luchthaventaks ingehouden. Eindoordeel:Zwaar bestolen door criminele firma. Ryanair IS NIET DE GOEDKOOPSTE EN MEGADRIVE ZIJN DIEVEN.
