Update review from my last review of wrong passport information at my tax refund form. I have been contacted by the store manager and also introduce to GlobalBlue to process the tax refund to my credit card by submiting all the documents and also return back the filled tax refund form with the envelope and the receipt. This month I got the tax refund to my card. Thanks a lot. PS: I'll going back this November.

1 Stern ist noch zuviel. unfreundliches und überhebliches Personal. Mein Sohn wurde aus dem Geschäft geschmissen weil er noch nicht 18 ist. Es gibt zum Glück andere Marken
Negozio in pieno centro a Salisburgo ,belle vetrine , allestimenti e professionalità verso il cliente .
Gleiche Auswahl wie in München, aber deutlich entspanntere Atmosphäre und bessere Beratung. Die Fahrt nach Salzburg lohnt sich.

Schlechter Service und unfreundlich!! Da der Laden nur bis 13.00 Uhr geöffnet war ( 31.12.18Neujahr) wurden wir um 12.59 Uhr heraus geworfen!!! Wir werden die Tasche in einem anderen Laden kaufen. Vielleicht lag es am fehlendem Pelzmantel!!
