Great food and the staff were proud to represent the restaurant. It was all very nice, except we were kept waiting a bit too long. Top pizza, nice wine and a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend booking to get a nice table and for somewhere to relax that’s really close to the airport. It’s adjoins the Hotel Salzburg, had I stayed there it would be a super convenient evening meal.

I was there with my dog and the owner's dog came to us ,so we kindly asked the owner to take the dog on the leash because we do not want to have a \dog fight\. Then he was completely freaking out and shouting with us ... The end of the story, in 2019 I was not allowed to pay by credit card ( the bill was more than 30 ) ,because it cost something for the restaurant.... Even though the food was good, I would never ever go back
3 times they bring me wrong plate , wrong food , they talked with each other but they dont listen what i m going too eat, no professional at all , NEVER GO THERE ! Boss/manager he told me is not normal to order Gnochii bolognese and spaghetti carbonara , think about this !

Great soup. Great bear. Great pizza. The steak meat was mediocre and cappuccino was cold.
Quite nice spot near the Salzburg Designer Outlet, this Italian restaurant is actually run by Italians. Pizza is on the good side, and comes also quite cheap for Austrian standard, although ingredients and recipes are often more suited to Austrian taste than to Italian's. No big deal anyway. On the other hand, lemon Sorbetto was surprisingly good and worth a try. The downsides were not many, but I noticed a general slowness in the service, and way too many flies flying around the restaurant. All in all I'd classify Girasole as an honest standard Italian restaurant with fresh ingredients. A place to go with friends for an informal evening.

I dont recommend garlic soup and rinderbouillon with tortellini- both smell like as instant, tortellini was hard. Pizza was - OK.
