Sold a ET sim card saying it will work throughout Europe but as soon as we left Austria, it stopped working. On calling the ET customer care we were told that we would need to additional 10 Euro top-up for it work in Czech.

NORMALERWEISE bekommt er kein Stern aber da er so nett war und mir eine Computer Kamera atrape was ich eigentlich nicht wollte wollte eine Webcam was funktioniert aber keine atrape und bekommen habe ich auch keine Rechnung und bei ihnen gilt kein Umtausch recht weil ich wollte wie beschrieben die Computer Kamera zurück geben ohne jeglichen erfolg leider hat wer eine idee was man da tun kann?
Unfreundlicheres Personal ist mir noch nie untergekommen! Herausgabe meiner Pakete wurde verweigert! Beschwerde ging natürlich auch sofort an UPS! Dieses Geschäft ist eine absolute Frechheit!!!!! Keine Masken! Keinerlei Abstand!
