A fantastic place. Regardless if you are travelling alone or with kids you can spend a whole day here in any season. A puppet show, little Zoo and a nice playground are waiting here for your kids. I personally liked the Orangerie with glasshouse the most. Lemon, orange, fig trees and many more. There is also restaurant and 2 Cafes. In case you are visiting the place during December you'll enjoy a beautiful Christmas market. Highly recommended. There are plenty free parking slots outside.

Great place to spend half a day. You can combine history with some family activities (petting zoo), riding or just relax with a drink or two. Very beautiful gardens.
Beautiful place, amazingly restored always with carefully prepared seasonal decorations. Their gardener team must be led by a magician. Loooove the flower and herbs gardens. Fantastic place for families with kids - lots of animals to watch, petting zoo, great playground.
Beautiful place for all day Family Trip. Schloss Hoff ist opened every day during the year except 24th of December. You can enjoy the gardens and interior of the castle. In outside you can walk through beautiful garden, you can play with kids on playground and see little animals, horses and camel. There is always clean restroom available all around the place. You can enjoy the meal in restaurant or coffee and cake in coffee shop. Ticket price is 15eur for adults and children up to 6 years are allowed free of charge. I recommend to buy all year ticket for 34eur valid for 12 months with unlimited access. Very nice place not far away from Bratislava.
Awesome Historic Garden with 7 Levels. The Cascade fountain is a great Eyecatcher. You will also find Horses, Donkeys, Peacocks, Lamas and other Animals. Agriculture was very important here. Around the Castle there are lots the Buildings that were/ are used for food production. Inside the Castle there is an Exhibition. The last Floor reminds about WW1 and WW2.
The castle must be beautiful. I say \must\ because we didnt go inside. We live in Vienna. A walk for 2 adults and 2 kids costs more than 50 Euros. Seriously. I would pay that money for visiting the palace itself. Walking around the palace shouldn't cost more than 3 euros. Abusive price and a waste of heritage as few people pay for it.
Beautiful historical venue. Ideal for all-day family trips, or even stunnig events like weddings, conferences. Gorgeous gardens, animals with opportunity to pet them... Definitely worth to visit!
This is such an amazing place with so much to do for the whole family! We loved the petting zoo with white donkeys, horses, goats, sheep and camels. The children’s playground was also very well kept and so are their well manicured gardens and beautiful landscaping. There was a kite festival when we arrived, and what drew us to the place, and there were food trucks in the garden for variety in snacks. I’m so glad we decided to drop by!
