I visited during the Nacht des Genusses event, which included a free behind-the-scenes tour of the chocolate making. In addition to the free samples (of excellent quality), I have been very lucky to get an individual tour by one of the employees - which leads to the next point, the employees are very friendly. I also definitely recommend the product, it's prepared professionally and with creativity in mind.

High quality chocolate in many different flavors. Very friendly stuff and the store has a nice and cultivated appearance.
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate Nice breakfast menu. I had the pancakes and my friends shared a two person tower. We were very full and it was yum. Service is quick and friendly. Iv also been there for cake and coffee. Divine. The cakes are so good and they have a few speciality coffees. I had coconut coffee.. so good. The chocolate tour was a lovely work trip. Very interesting and the owner ia passionate and friendly
Latte and strudel were superb in the morning, rindsoup with something was excellent at lunch!

Schlosskaffee Fenkart seeks his equals in the area around Hohenems. A cake shop and chocolate manufactory in third generation and definitely worth a visit while in Vorarlberg. It's located next to the Hohenems Palace right in the city center. Make sure to take one of the homemade chocolate bars.
