The best sugaring experience I have ever had. I got a bikini complete, facials just to name a few done by VANESSA.She is just the best: Very professional, fast and attentive to one's needs. Very spontaneously, today, I decided to get waxed at the Landstrasse studio.They were able to give an appointment in an hour after showing up there. My appointment was on time. The room was clean and the professional Rosalba was excellent in dealing with my skin. If you wish to visit the branch I can totally recommend Rosalba.

I asked a classic sugaring wax, thinking that the upper part was included (like it is everywhere) . They didn't tell me anything and in the end they made me pay like a brazilian although they couldn't even do it properly because the hair was too short. The price is way too exaggerated and the way to handle the situation not professional at all.

With a wait of twenty min and then being ,, finished’’ I still had hair after 20 min even where she said there wasn’t . A salon that is practically selling product for hair removel says they can’t get something out... 45 eur for a job that was not done.
