Friendly and personal service. No one was ever stressed and the administration(Mike) and instruction was great. In 3 hours of lessons in 2 days I am confident of my ability to do blue runs. Instructors were enthusiastic and very effective. I will return for more lessons. Also rentals were fast and good, Irwin made sure boots were comfortable and equipment was correct for the job! Everyone there was also SUPER nice and laid back.

Travelled here by train on a day trip from Vienna. We received a snowboarding lesson (first time) from a very pleasant and young instructor. The training slope was more than enough for beginners like us. Great day out!
I booked 4 hour ski course plus equipment rental for 66 euro. The ski course price without equipment is 54 euro and separate ski rental is 23 euro. The woman in school‘s ski rental was extremely rude, when I tried to explain her that I booked also ski course and I should pay together for a reduced price. At one point she was even shouting at me. She charged me full price for the ski rental - 23 eur. I asked for the reduced price at the ski school, but they told me that the reduced price 66 Euro with equipment is for kids so I had to pay 54 eur. I showed them their own webpage which said that it is for adaults. Then they changed that the price is from last year (though it was not) and at the end they agreed to give me the difference (11euro) back, but I had to go to the rude woman in the ski rental. The ski teacher was rather under average.
Great and unforgettable experience! All stuff is very polited, kind and helpful! Ski instructors are great, supportive, patient, encouraging, always with a smile on their face. Under their guidance you feel not only safe but also brave. Thank you Herr Stefan for all your patience, kindness and strength to lift me up whenever I fell :) I came as a beginner with zero knowledge and at the end by the guidance of my ski instructor I could descend down the slope overcoming my fears of height and speed! I can only say THANK YOU and I will come back!

Private lessons for juniors and adults were good.
Never ever again! Avoid this place when possible, terrible Organisation, not very friendly and not cooperative.
