Super nice rental place, support your local rental shops, don't go to intersport, very nice service and super fast, my first pair of boots fit right away. Super forthcoming to, I came to give back my boots and they were already closed, but I called the mobile number on their page and we figured it out, thanks a lot!

WATCH OUT!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! I bought a pair of skis here last year and they told me there was warrenty on them. After a year, damages occured in the skis. I contacted the shop about and brand about this. The brand of these skis told me the warrenty has passed, because the skis were produced more then five years ago. This is against what they told me when i bought the skis. So I contacted them about this and they would not recognize their mistake. Totally unfriendly and not willing to help, as soon as anything happens they don't like.

I rented skis and boots. First day at the mountain my skies didn't glide because they were not properly waxed. Because I couldn't ski, I waxed them on the hill (Going back to the Shop would cost me hours). When returning the skies to Rudigier the Staff laughed at me and said it was not possible that the skies were not good/ not waxed. No understanding. Bad service.

Die Beratung ist absolut top. Man wird freundlich und kompetent beraten, dabei wird auf die Kunden Wünsche eingegangen und gegebenenfalls auf ein anderes Produkt oder Hersteller verwiesen. Es gibt keine Markenbevorzugung, rein die Daten und Erfahrungen der Kunden sowie des Personals werden für die Wahl der Ausrüstung herangezogen.
Kompetent, freundlich, unkompliziert und fair. Klein, aber fein. Deshalb von meiner Seite 5 Sterne!
