BEST ski store! Bought new ski boots here; I had no intention, but then I discovered the \boot doctors\ there - Gerri & Mario. The most knowledgeable ski equipment people I've ever come across (and I've been to many ski shops in North America). I've never had the confidence while traveling to buy new boots from a local ski store...until now. Both of these experts guided me through finding the perfect boots for me. No sales pitch, just genuine interest in helping a customer who said from the outset I was \just looking\ to see what's new. And post purchase, they've been even better! They ask me everyday (when I stop by the shop to drop off my skis for storage) how the boots are and make all the tweaks to the boots needed. The store is awesome. Everyone at the shop have been truly great - they are a well trained, caring team - all I've dealt go out of their way to check with me and are extremely friendly - from walking in the door through to every department. What a great find!! - a great store with old fashioned customer service. I highly, highly recommend this store if you're coming to San Anton.

I've had an amazing experience buying ski boots here from Gerry, a master ski boot fitter! I have had trouble finding good ski boots for the past 10 years, due to short and wide feet. After carefully measuring my feet Gerry found the perfect boot for my size and skill. And also prepared custom insoles to support my high arch. After a day of skiing I felt a bit of excess pressure in the new boots, and when I came back to the store, Gerry was happy to help. He made a series of corrections to the boot shell which made the boot fit even better. I feel much more confident now on the slopes! I'm so happy with the purchase and service here, and highly recommend you pay this shop a visit if you need new ski boots. Thanks Gerry!

Nice staff but dangerously poor equipment maintenance: rented 2 e-MTB's, left crank of one fell off as we set off, returned to the shop where the shocked staff member fixed this issue. Set off again wondering what else could be wrong; the bike had further issues with half the gears being unusable for much of the ride and horrifically screeching/shuddering brakes.

Skied with eight other men. We all ski annually and visit different resorts every year. We all agreed this was the best ski hire shop we had ever used. Staff couldn't be happier or more helpful - even carrying your skis up to the shop entrance for you. I loved St Anton generally (friendliest ski resort I have been to) and will definitely be back - and I will definitely use this ski shop again.

Without a doubt, the friendliest ski shop I’ve been to. I was in St Anton for three days and the staff were my favourite people there. Fantastic service, and so so friendly. Besides renting and selling great ski gear, I also got and SD card on a Sunday, when all other camera shops were closed. Ganz toller Service. Verkaeufer sind super hilfsbereit und kennen sich sehr gut aus. Sehr viel Auswahl. Danke!!!

Dad and I have visited this place during our ski trip in Europe just a month ago. St. Anton Alberg was the first stop for us and we happened to walk into the store to rent a ski. The service was great and every staffs there were all so kind. most importantly, they were professional and passionate about stuffs that they are dealing with. Later on we’ve visited many other intersports at different places during our ski trip, trust me not every intersports staffs are this kind. And much thanks to Mario who recommended this wonderful ski and boots which my dad decided to purchase. My dad could not be happeir about it. Just like Mario stated, my dad did “not regret with this one.” Also, he has tried all the best to give us best promotion deals to make more discounts on whats already discounted. Hope you remember me Mario, and thanks again. Lastly, my dad’s colleagues are planning to visit St.Anton later this week or early on next week, and we’ve recommended to visit here if they have plans on ski rental. and also asked them to pick up my green intersports made insole which i purchased at this place when renting a boot but happen to left in inside the boot when returned. I spoke uwith Oscar, who promised me to keep it on the desk so that i could pick it up whenever I have chance to go back to the place. Please be aware that my dad’s colleague will visit within the week or so and ask for my green intersports insole. I would be happy to get it back and it would make me the happiest man alive :) thanks again, and hope to visit sometime soon!!

Wow! This has to be the best ski rental shop in the world! All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable too. Everyday ALL the staff say hello and offer to carry your skis in and out of the shop. All the kids in the group were looked after by the staff and the parents were regularly offered schnapps to ease the pain after a days skiing. Big thank you to Simon, Tommo, Olly and everyone else in the store! Well done. Great service.
