I with few of my friends store some stuff there. It is totally automated means no man power required, you need to download an application through which you can have access to the doors/entrance. On ground floor you can get trollies where you need to put the stuff and then take it to your store room through lift.

Best service I have experienced in Austria yet. The whole process of booking a storage room can be done electronically, and the whole process is done within an hour. Moreover the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, an operator speaking my native language called me immediately after the booking was confirmed to check if everything is ok, gave detailed directions and advice, and had no problem with me calling for assistance even late in the evening after working hours. The building is huge, very accessible, and very straightforward. The storages are clean, under camera surveillance, there is wifi available... I really cannot say even one thing negative about the place and the service.
