Always on time and clean , the drivers are very polite and helpfull, I was driving with pleasure every time , Taxi Kröll is the best !

Terrible service! Called for a taxi and was told it will be a 10 minutes wait so we waited outside to look out for the taxi. 20minutes later no taxi so we called again. Then was promised another 10min wait. We continued waiting outside and still no taxi after 15 minutes. We called again and again. Waited total of 1 hour in the cold! It was snowing and -5 degrees! We called 4 times and was promised 10 minutes wait each time but taxi never came! Ridiculous!
So. The cab we called came as advertised within 15 minutes. However, the driver charged us 54 for a 24 minute drive and didn’t even have the meter running. Obvious rip-off - avoid if possible!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Made to wait 1 hour after multiple calls falsely promising 10 minutes. Joke of a service.
Maniacal Circuit Driver We took a Taxi from Mayrhofen to Tux (approx. 11km) for 37, which was too much to start with. Then the driver seemed to be a maniacal circuit driver that was going at over 100km/h in narrow turns when it was raining. Extremely uncomfortable and very dangerous. Not recommended at all.
