Super friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. We had had some of their delicious teas on one of the many mountain huts and were excited to be able to buy it here in bulk. Tridor's store is a little off the beaten path but well worth the visit

Very nice people, very knowledgeable. Gave us their prenoon tour of coffee beans, from harvest to roasting, even tough we were a bit late. Huge assortment of teas and coffee and a bit cocoa as well. Good place for little gifts and information about coffee and all the ways to roast it for yourself. In terms of pricing I would rate this place as a , so a bit expensive but not to bad. The cashier asked us to rate them if we want and normally this is a bit of a hinderance for me but since the service was so nice, I think a bit of arrogance is allowed and naybe even needed. So good job, keep doing what you are doing. If our purchases keep their promises, we will come again.

Not just tea and coffee, this place also sells gifts, teapots, pretty kick knacks and local chocolate. The coffee is roasted on site and there are many different flavours. If you buy coffee, then you can have a cup of coffee free in the small cafe area.
