Here's a tip for you guys : when you run a store, you need customer facing skills, especially an \american store\. When you hear the owner says \it was a bad day\ or \it is frustrating for us\ etc, it might all be true but that's your job - you need to always put up a friendly face to the customer whatever the day is and whatever the customer does. It's tough, it's unfair, but that's your job. Until you get that fixed, you will continue receiving very poor advice/comments on Google - and less visits to your store.

Definitely not American, for starters, nobody speaks english, extremely rude and condescending employees, no manners, no style, no personality at all, just because you have a few US staples you are nowhere near being a true store, get a grip...!
