We were there today, Great Place for Kids, upper class prices more or less. The Staff is super friendly and helpful if the kids wanna try out new stunts or tricks :) The one thing that bothered me is the manager, she treats her employees very degrading and disrespectful (although they really do their job good) and she fires them in a row - many kids complained today about missing coaches they really liked and were kinda befriendied with them. Well to bad, my kids and I hope that the manager will soon bring in the old team :) Greetings, Ronald

Great, friendly staff who are helpful and take the time to explain things. The only downside is the price. For most families it is just too expensive but this does mean it's not overly busy.

Awesome place in Auhof for kids to be active in safe surroundings. We love the Ninja Parkours and all the places to climb. Free wifi and the lounge help, as does the shopping in the mall while the kids play. Top new spot in Wien!

As a parent, definitely the most pleasant indoor playground experience. The activities are faultless, modern and attractive café area, helpful staff, great music too. A huge BUT. The price is prohibitively expensive for the majority of families. This is evident as I view a virtually empty hall on a Friday afternoon before school semester break. It should be full, right? The existing pricing model will seriously threaten the sustainability of this business. A real shame. The demand is there, but a family with three kids for example would sooner pay 90 for a day at the Spa. Whatever market research was carried out beforehand, this was a serious oversight. *I must add to this posting - on the way out we were charged an extra 5.90 per child for going slightly over our 3 hour limit. Sure, we should have watched the time but that means for two children 71.80 without refreshments. No kidding. It really took a shine off the experience!

1 star less only because they made a difference in price for working and non working days for birthday parties. For everything else - 5 stars!
