TRIALOG is a project aimed at strengthening and enabling civil society organisations (CSOs) in the enlarged EU to actively engage in global development. Founded in 2000, TRIALOG has accompanied all 13 countries that joined the EU since 2004 (EU13) as they assumed their role as “new donors”, through the creation of national development CSO platforms. To support this process, TRIALOG has been leading activities in different fields including capacity building, information distribution, policy support, networking and advocacy on national and European level. With offices in Vienna and Brussels, TRIALOG is part of a consortium of NGOs which includes HORIZONT3000 (Austria), CONCORD (the European NGO confederation for relief and development), AGEH (Germany), Light for the World (Austria), Polish Humanitarian Action, and all EU13 Development CSO Platforms. TRIALOG is funded by the European Commission, the Austrian Development Agency and its Consortium Partners.
