The place has no sense of time in delivering food. We waited for more than an hour for our food.The staff are mean and irresponsible. There is no proper way of serving food, neither do they know how to handle a crowd. The kitchen is understaffed. The food was good but definitely not worth the wait! I wish I could give a negative review!
Well, I'm removing my 5 stars review since it was really good, but now it's way more expensive, they removed a nice and helpful system that we could order good and replaced to a new one that's only in German, there are no pictures and not really intuitive. I just ordered a dish that was 50 more expensive than the one I usually have (20 boneless chicken), but only 5 came. When I asked the waiter if it was right, for my surprise, it was right. They're always saying "yeah, because we want to have a premium service", but if I pay 15 to eat nuggets with fries, I'd expect to have the best meal of my life, which is not the case and definitely not something I would 3-4 times a week, but once every 3 months or so. It doesn't make sense. I hope they go back when they were really good.
The food is not as good at it used to be. I ordered the boneless wings with fries and cola. (Both fries and wings were tasteless) and definately not worth it paging 14,40. The first time I visited this restaurant (about a year ago) they had the best chicken and wave fries!!!! Today I didn't like the taste at all. I really hope things change again like they used to be!!!
The fried chicken is made fresh with the spiciness of your choice. However, the mild chicken isn't completely mild according to my 7 year old. Incredibly crispy and juicy! The chicken is really amazing. Staff is almost too friendly. Could use some cheaper drink options.
