That is because investing capital through traditional channels comes still with unnecessary barriers, making the investment process difficult and expensive. There are voluminous paperwork, long waits, high broker fees, and a dependence on a variety of counterparties or intermediaries involved. Hence, we have to change this. Our mission is to reduce transactions costs for both sides of an investment process, to eliminate all the paperwork and to provide more security from fraud. Furthermore, we replace the middle in the investment process - making lawyers and banks obsolete. We believe, that by making ownerships fully liquid by tokenizing it, we exploit the vast potential of the blockchain technology and smart contracts.
