This decision is a result of uncertainty, a lack of money or other investments that seem to be more important or urgent as well as a lack of information about the advantages of the use of Solar PV. commonsun changes the game when it comes to that topic. We provide an allround information about the technology but furthermore we offer our business customers a financing scheme that is unique. Our offer: We pay for the Solar PV system beforehand. Furthermore our customers pay off the Solar PV system (building owner) with one special advantage: The pay off period is 5 years, and the sum our customers pay is 15% less then the original price of the Solar PV system. Businesses, tenants within the building or shopping mall, can decide to use the produced electricity and pay 1 cent(€) less that they pay for the energy of their current energy provider. Thus they do not have any responibilities referring the Solar PV plant and there are no conflicts with tenancy periods etc. We give power to individuals and businesses to be more independent when it comes to electricity.
