It was originally started in 2016 by two LSE Alumni and aims to show Europe as you’ve never seen it before, reporting on European culture and politics beyond the EU bubble in a free-spirited, unconventional tone mixing humour with real investigative work. Euro Babble will feature in-depth investigative pieces on key underreported European issues (in the style of John Oliver), translations of compelling local European news stories that slipped under the radar, humorous, stereotype-busting fact-checking and explainer articles, and waffle-free interviews of leading European figures. All of this will be available in multiple European languages, smashing that pesky language barrier the mainstream media so fear.
