Cosy place for a cold afternoon. Nice to admire the porcelain museum. My mother loved it.

The best porcelain in Austria. Their statuettes and busts are excellent. Delivery to the US is very quick.

In the park, very beautiful. The porcellain are superb. The outlet only at the end of factory, why?

A superb place to visit when in Vienna Austria, Lot of nice stuff to enjoy the whole afternoon Well organized Friendly staff and very welcoming that you feel at home. Not to mention that the people working there are ultimately profesional and ready to help in every corner of the place Would definetly pay another visit when in Austria again and again.

Very interesting tour of the factory. I never realised how complicated manufacture of figurines was. Expensive to buy, but beautiful items to purchase.

Had a fascinating tour of the factory and museum. Very interesting to learn how porcelain is made along with the 300 year history of Augarten!

The Augarten Porcelain has been around for a long time! The quality of the porcelain is very high, and after the tour and museum visit, I now understand why - everything in the process of making the porcelain pieces is done by hand! I would recommend taking the tour, and not just visiting the museum. The tour is in German, but there are also headsets available in English. The tour is given by a worker in the porcelain factory, and you get to go through the actual working spaces of the workers at the factory. I used a NÖ Card / Gutschein for the tour and museum visit, which I found fine for. For me, the normal price of the tour and museum seems high (17,00 per person), but so are the prices of the Augarten porcelain pieces. Although beautiful, it is not in my budget to purchase. There is a Garderobe available for coats, as well as lockers. Be sure to try out the Restaurant next door!
