For more than 20 years, the Vinzenzgemeinschaft has been traveling daily to people who live on the streets and who are excluded from society. If it is reported that there is a person in need somewhere, then he will be visited immediately and he will be helped if possible. We want to support overcome homelessness throughout Austria and want to srengthen awareness of the plight of the homeless. The Vinzenzgemeinschaft works mainly with volunteers, who give their time to our guests and residents. Currently more than 700 women and men volunteer to help in our locations. We finance ourselves mainly through donations and sponsors. One third of the expenditure is financed by public subsidies.
