First time I came across the Grinberg Method. A friend of mine told me that as result of having sessions with Barbara her life was changing positively and new opportunities in her life were rising. In addition, she felt happier, 'lighter' and much better clarity about herself and being. As a Bodyworker and Therapist myself I was curious and had my first session with Barbara recently. It was an awaken journey that helped me release and comprehend the emotional and physical memories that have been causing me pain and been stored in my body for so long. Through the session I was able to let go and put together pieces of my 'life puzzle'. Barbara is extremely attentive and exceptional at her work! Fully recommend her :)
