Travelling from London to Vienna I noticed the service alarm in the car. I drove to this authorised Fiat dealership where Sandra very kindly received us. In spite of a very heavily booked scheduled calendar for weeks ahead she managed to book us for a service as we were going to be travelling for 2 more weeks before we got back to the UK. This is a wholly customer focused dealership deserving more than just stars!!

I visited mr. Ahmet Bilgili. He was answering all my questions professionally he's a very kind and friendly person. His knowledge is worth benefiting. I would highly recommend if you have any questions concerning BMW just go to Denzel and visit Mr Bilgili.

As per Denzel Auto request, here is a short comment where you guys failed to meet my expectations. \u003e I wanted to change tires and I have requested a quotation (aprox) of the work that needs to be done. You told me that for about 50/60 Euros, the services will be delivered as requested. When I received the bill @ home, the total costs was a bit over 100 Euros. I did not wanted to pay and I sent you the reason for which I did not wanted to pay but you keep sending me bills & bills for the service. You totally ignored my messages. In the end I paid because I am a good monkey citizen, but probably would not recommend you to any of my good friends. In top of that, almost every time I am there for a service, whatever that service is about, I wait and I wait like 45/60 minutes in line and what I hear from other customers is not all positive. It seems you guys get a good volume of complains on a daily / weekly basis. If the problem is not you, then your customers are having way too high expectations. Good luck working on that. I would give only one star if it wasn't for your employee Sandra Willendorf who is excellent, very helpful and with very good English. However, Ripping people off on the price of Oil (4x the normal cost - see pictures.) and fitting unnecessary parts is immoral. Since 2014 the Abarth has only been serviced at Denzel - last September I even bought a new 500x at Denzel. and this is what they do to you. Sandra de-fused the situation - she was so nice I couldn't be angry at her. Denzel fitted a new air filter to the 500x, which, according to Fiat was unnecessary. I suppose ripping off those leasing companies like this is easy - company car drivers don't care. Private people like me do. This isn't over.

I've been driving a corporate car for years now. Friendly workers, high quality guest waiting. Sometimes I have to wait more than what they say, but I can only recommend it anyway.
