It was a terrible experience for me as a customer. I brought the car there to check the cooling water. After one day nobody called me to inform what the problem of my car was. I tried to reach them and was informed that the car was already repaired and I had to pay half thousand euro. What has happened? What was broken? I was sent to a horrible man who told me that if I don’t pay, I’m no allowed to take my car. He was like threating me and forced me to pay! I don’t understand how can an agency selling such expensive car with expensive service fee have a horrible attitude to customers!!! I advice you not to come to this Agency for any reason! They will try to get as much money as possible from your pockets with a mafia attitude!
