I've been in Vienna for four days and eaten at this restaurant every day. Similar to other restaurant I've seen in Vienna, this one offers very cheap dishes. Serving dishes is very fast. I am very satisfied with the dishes I ate here and very nice service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Tasty food and service was pretty good. Made the time to explain the dishes I was curious about. Very busy place so don't expect the waiters to wait on you. As long as you ask they are there to answer. Also great prices for their location.

Not impressed with their service at all. Food was great, and very generous portion, but I was not impressed that after ordering a latte and a Farmer's breakfast (which included a hot drink), when I went to pay, they charged me separately. Very poor impression - especially when I traveled from another country :( they didn't even offer me another coffee to apologies for charging me double or offer it to me as take-away. Good job we can fly to the moon, but we cannot change how we charge for coffee on the till.

Rather average experience at the cafe. Nothing good nor bad with it. Cake was fine as well as the coffee but not exactly tasty. Came here specially to try the torte cake but didn't find it as mind blowing as some said. It's near a big ice skating ring. That seemed really interesting. I think overall the 'chocolate' cakes in Vienna are dry and not really my cup of tea. But like moth drawn to fire even after reading 1 million reviews of this, you will still spend the to try it and then question yourself after why didn't you just trust in others.
