Even in hard times Digitalstore remains the top address in Vienna for photo, video and all things apple. Hard to find any other store with this competence, cheap prices and friendly staff. Since many years I've never been disappointed with their service!

Went to buy a memory card, and the prices are x2!! On amazon it’s much cheaper and they wonder why such stores are closing and why other online companies are thriving! Maybe they want to pay their expenses from our pockets!
We went to buy a tripod here and the salesman was extremely helpful, even though we only spoke English he made extra special effort to help us, and get us what we needed. Very friendly service and knowledgeable staff. This is the place to go.
One of my top 3 favorite stores worldwide. Professional, dedicated, supportive and patient. I have seen only one other store this competent and I am happy to have one here in Europe! Keep up your awesomeness!
Online Shopping doesn’t work properly! 1st it took almost 3 days to get a Cost estimate, I ordered 3 items, 1 arrived in time. After I asked via email and phone where my items are, I got a the answer: I, we don't know! I am disappointed.
Good customer service
Bought quite a bit of camera equipment at DigitalStore and they were always competent, incredibly nice and very helpful. Delivery was always quick. And when I had to wait, I was allowed to try some of the equipment they had in the store. Payments always went off without a problem as well. Highly recommended.
I went there to get advice on a broken camera display. However the sales person at the shop was misogynistic and patronizing. I'm really glad I left however because I found another shop with much better service and on top of that the repair of my camera was actually cheaper there. So, thank you for being an a* hole I guess.
