Worst company i have ever worked for. unorganised HR team, hands over dirty uniform, tells you to fix the uniform with your own money lays you off in a few days with no reason and asks you to return the uniform you paid for with no compensation.

This company deserves 0 stars. And trust me people, do not try to apply for any job positions there, especially you guys from third countries. I applied more than 20times, moreover was there for all recruiting days...and couple of times they called me to sign the contract and afterwards, they told me: Sorry, but we are not sure we can make you a work permit for 20h or 10h. Sure they can do it! So, DO CO, your management is so wrong and you are losing hardworking employees!

Trinkgeld wird Mitarbeitern weggenommen. Do&Co bestellt Kellner mit Inkasso, und nimmt ihnen beinhart jegliches Trinkgeld ab. Fair geht anders! Wer es nötig empfindet Kleinstverdienern ihr Trinkgeld abzunehmen, dem ist nicht zu Helfen. Enttäuschend und unmenschlich.
