I had minor surgery here and the doctors and nurses were very friendly and willing to speak to me in English (as my German is not existent). The food is great by hospital standards and so is the admission process. I can happily recommend this clinic.

I am very happy to have chosen this hospital as a place of birth of our first child. Excellent care and support, high standard facilities of the perinatal department, separate compliments for the healthy and delicious food provided in the hospital. I would choose this hospital again for the child birth!

My only experience in this clinic is the PCR test. The woman who performed was brutal and rude. I have done the test before in different places and I know there is no need to dig until you bleed. My son who also have done this test before went to this clinic and have the same traumatize experience. All that for 150 . No thanks!! Not even for free.

One night recently, I had very sharp abdominal pains, chills and fever. So very early in the morning, I checked on the internet that the Döbling Privatklinik near me had an emergency room and went there, unfortunately. They admitted me (it was a long and complicated process, my wife had to come first and bring king's ransom as \daily security deposit\ because the Klinik doesn't know about the worldwide health insurance from WHO). Long story short - the first doctor to actually examine me only came at about 7 pm. Before that, nurses gave me painkiller and told me that CT was out of service until the next day. However, after the initial examination, the CT was done at about 11 pm. Thank God, it was not an inflamed appendix, peritonitis, etc. I was finally diagnosed and they started intravenous treatment. With sharp undiagnosed abdominal pains, I did not get examined at the Klinik for a a very long time. This is an inexcusable breach of any medical protocols and emergency procedures and a case of negligence and malpractice. They brag about their doctors, but not one of those great specialists could examine me before 7 pm. At the very least, in hindsight, they could have called an ambulance and sent me to a better equipped hospital for emergency treatment. Would I recommend this Klinik - NO. Would I go there again - NO.

1hour delayed on a consultation that was schedulled weeks ago.Now, every single patient that comes in gets to see the doctor but be (I am here for a baby ultrasound at Fetomed ).This is private service that has absolutely no idea of management as anybody from staff was able to reach out to me and explain egarding the delay. Absolutely no recommendation as if they treat patients app like that, can you imagine the quality of service?

The nurse named Carina was very unprofessional and rude to me and my husband when we went in for a pregnancy check. First, she mistyped my name on the invoice. I asked for a correction, she accused me it’s my fault that I didn’t write in a readable way for her, although the doctor who saw my handwriting was able to get my name right with no problem. Second, she added an extra, erroneous test charge on my invoice saying the earlier one was not right after she finally fixed my name. The doctor instructed her to just bring me in to the office, saying no need to do tests anymore based on what my symptoms are. Some other nurse had to double check with the doctor again and ended up deleting the charge. Later, we were talking with Carina about this and she harshly refused to apologize. Totally ruined our happiness of just finding out our new baby. It took at least 40 minutes to get all of this sorted out as Carina took her time and unnecessarily delayed my husband and I.

Very clean, English speaking doctors and nurses, personable and professional staff. Was seen for GI issues stemming from a visit to Latin America. They were able to perform bloodwork but not test for parasites. They recommended me to Vienna General Hospital where that hospital has the ability to test for parasites. I was seen by a doctor in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend for routine checkups but probably not emergencies, would recommend General Hospital for emergencies.
