Just made a call for this company to order a Taxi for a person in a wheelchair that will arrive in 2 weeks to Vienna airport. She will bring 2 assistants with her. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the person that answered was sympathetic. But no more stars: 1.His English level was very small to maintain a conversation - not good for providing a customer service to a company that works transporting people from to the airport. 2. He just denied the service because he could not take more people on the same car, other than the person in the wheel chair! 3. One should assume that most of the disabled people do not travel alone! So, wontt recommend this company due to these circumstances!

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - sehr kinderfreundlich und pünktlich. Wenn ich wieder mal nach Wien fahre mit meinen Kids - dann werd ich bestimmt wieder auf die HardBros Driver zurückgreifen.
