They seem to think their rides are optional. I booked a taxi last night, got an email confirmation but the car never showed up. I tried to contact them by phone but no one picked up and I ended up calling another company. Never again. Edit: It seems they sent an email at 3 AM, 5 hours after i booked, to tell me that they could not send a car in spite of the confirmation they sent out earlier because I booked too late. Not much better and still never again.
