Worth using to get a wide overview of all the sights in Vienna. Street ticket sellers are polite friendly although it's 10% cheaper to buy on line get a mobile ticket.

The tour consists of an audio guide full of “advertisements”. Most of the time it’s only playing music. The staff is extremely rude, me and my family were shouted at twice by the bus driver who doesn’t even speak English. From the three drivers we road with, all of them had horrible driving skills, which made the ride extremely uncomfortable. The general lack of empathy from the staff makes me have to rate this as the absolute worse Hop On Hop Off bus I was ever on... If you read this review, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this horrible service, you are so much better off using the 30 somewhere else!!!
We got a 2 day ticket and opted for the night tour but after completing it, I'm not sure of the point of the night tour. You start at 17:30 when rush hour is on and sit in traffic for over an hour mostly looking at all the brake lights of vehicles in front whilst listening to classical music with very little commentary of the beautiful buildings around you. It would have been a lot better with more commentary so you knew what was around you. In winter, the times are very restricted and the centre is all very walkable especially the red line. The green line was great and I would imagine it is very popular in the summer but there are only 2 buses a day in the winter so not much time to explore. We have done many hop on hop off tours in lots of cities but this was least favourite due to the lack of commentary, Vienna is an amazing, beautiful city with lots to talk about so this is a real shame.
This is a must do for tourists - incredibly detailed tour in multiple languages, visits most parts of the city including across the bridge to some odd places. Couldn’t fault it, staff were great and helpful. Very regular times too - well worth the money
Is a very good the general idea. I take a day tour and I experience the followings the application for the bus arrivals unfortunately not function property you must pay attention closely. Otherwise you the delays. In some of the buses the A/C not working, also the tour speakers not working. The drivers need training to understand they transporting passengers and no other goods. The buses need maintenance.
Extremely different impression about Vienna after city tour I love it so much as I knew a lot about it after this very nice tour I took all the lines Tours are very nice and I see a very big variety of sightseeing: historical, political, artistic, modern and natural sightseeing as well. I was able to plan my trip accurately after this tour. Exceptional
We only had 1 day and OMW we got to see everything I'd recommend it to all travelers it's a very nice way to see as much of what Vienna has to offer
The best invested money on our Vienna trip. Amazing guys working there, very helpful bus drivers and.... The busses are clean, functional u see a lot of things, the routes make sense, a lot of different languages for the sightseeing tour. Really fantastic job. If u wanna see what u wanna see, do this on the first day of your trip and u r on the safe side. 5 stars dsserved
