I had an appointment at the HNO Ambulanz, the process was very smooth starting at the entrance and covid-19 check. The receptionist at the ambulanz was very kind and professional. The doctor, Isabella (I am sorry, forgot her last name) was AMAZING. She went over and beyond, explained the findings and the course of action needed, and she made sure I had all my questions answered. All of that done with my limited German skills which is encouraging me more to practice my German and not be afraid of others judging me like at most other places and hospitals. Thank you for your service.

Dr. Gern Claudia is really a friendly, helpful and patient person. I am lucky to get to know her. The nurses can be impatient sometimes , but I believe this mainly has to do with the stressful working environment.

By a visit to the outpatient center on a Sunday, I was treated extremely rudely by a young doctor. She never asked my symptoms, she only told me that apparently I needed \lecture\ about how things work. She told me to start with google. I then had to interrupt her and tell her why I was there and she was angry that I hadn't interrupted earlier and lectured me again. She then sat back in her chair and crossed her arms, refusing to move or talk - just like a stubborn child. She was so arrogant and incompetent that I wrote to the Ombudsmann and they asked for a statement from the hospital. We are all still waiting to hear from them.

Competent and friendly staff, not too crowded! They are patient and answer all your questions, so you don't have to wonder what the h is going on like in some other hospitals. Oh, and the food is great as well

Great Hospital! you get treatment, no matter if insured or not. The staff is nice, and really care. Due to this facts, many people go there regularly resulting in long waiting queues in the ambulances. I guess it's not right to blame the hospital, for being popular amongst people. I love it. Thank God, such a place exists - otherwise a beloved friend of mine would be not in this world anymore.

The doctor is really impatient. After he showing little patience and care, I gave a relatively unfriendly response, he even said something worse, then I apologized he still wouldn’t let go, my friend was in pain, what did you expect me to do?
