I came here for a wedding suit and chose this place because they make their suits in Germany. But unfortunately I should have chosen Rotknopf in the 7th district which was the second option. I showed them a picture of a suit which I really liked and I wanted to have the same or at least similar one. We went through all the options and they told me this is not possible and that is not possible. Ok, I thought for this price it would be possible, but apparently not. Also there is NO digital way in seeing how it would look like what you chose, so basically it is a surprise. The suit was manufactured and then it came back with a small revers, where in the picture I showed them it was way larger. I told them that and that I explicitly showed them the picture and hinted towards it that I want the same. The only thing they offered was a discount of 100 Euros. At that price level this is ridiculous. In the end I took the discount as they wanted me to pay for the redo. But the wedding was coming up and there was no more time left. Summary: if you want old fashioned, highly priced and a surprise what comes out in the end. Come here. Only good thing - the fabric is quite nice.

Service vor Ort wirklich super, professionelle Beratung , tolle Qualität. Ich habe meine Hemden geholt und zuhause feststellen müssen, dass ein Hemd einen Defekt hat. Per Email reklamiert, leider bis dato keine Antwort. Sonst super - mein erstes Mal und bis auf die Reklamation sehr zufrieden. Danke
