Ordered a product for pickup at the location. The listed date when the product was supposed to be ready for pickup was 3 weeks before they actually had it in store... If I ordered my product from any other company, it wouldve been much faster. Please make your estimated dates for pickup more realistic... didnt even get a notification that it would take longer. product was fine, but it wouldve been cheaper and faster if i wouldve gotten the product from any other shop!
Not even 1 star... I bought a computer 4 months ago. I already needed to take it to service, of course they did not find anything. When I said, I would like to get back the money or change it to another one (cause for me it’s impossible, that a totally new computer just shut down all the time) they said It need to be in the service for 3 times and than they will take it back. I wrote an email 9 days ago, still no answer. I’m sorry but I really disappointed in this company..
I came to give back a phone Huawei P40 lite which doesn't work with many app. According to ABG, I can give it back without any reason within 14 days. But the service lady was too lazy to deal with my case. She told me twice that I can send back by post. I insist on giving back there. Then She asked me what is the reason. I told her. She asked me to write it down. I wrote it down. Then she told me to wait 30 min, because she has no time to type 2 sentences. At the same time she is not doing nothing, either not taking care of next customer. Very very bad experience. The worst service ever!
My first and last time visiting this establishment. My family and I came into Vienna for holiday and visited and were treated in the most horrendous manner by the security who racially profiled us. He approached us with so much hostility in public and insisted on searching us (mind you, we had small bags). Other people with much bigger bags came out after us but were never searched. We insisted and went back to complain but we were told it’s done for everyone. This was a lie as we were the only Black people in the shop and thus, the ones searched. None of the other staff came to help explain or came to our aid and we were hauled out the shop like cattle. This was by far the most traumatising experience for us all and would never visit another establishment of theirs.
Won't get fooled again
Please make a change that on holidays such a 1st of January, it writes “Closed” and not “open” & opening time may change due to holiday. Because I visited today and you are obviously closed but on here it does not say so.
