terrible service, delivery times are longer at least by two times than the ones mentioned. My favourite part was when the driver was 500metres from my place and then decided to deliver another order somewhere else. Avoid mjam

Ordered food, the guy said he called but never did i would also saw him in front of the house but i guess it was not in his intention to come. Did not get any refund, felt like i was scammed for money. Look at the reviews its one of the worst rated delivery service in existence, do not order.
We were waiting for the night train on Main Station in Vienna, starving because of curfew (lockdown) and literally not a single shop was open after 8 pm. So we were so happy that we could order via Mjam and get a delicious pizza straight on the train station. The delivery was super quick, our pizza was big, warm and absolutely yummy! ️
They deserve 0 stars if you could give them! I ordered from KFC with them and I recieved only half of the order. To be more precise I ordered a crispy strips bucket from KFC which costs 22 euro 4 euro for the delivery and I recieved only the strips without the included fried potatoes (2 portions), since the restaurant wasn't answering I tried to get help from Mjam because I recieved literally only half of my order. In the screenshot you have the proof of the way that they managed my problem. They decided to give me a 5 euro coupon fr my next order, if you judge that you pay 4 euro for the delivery I think that with a 5 euro coupon you could order 2 straws from KFC. Just see how they have \hanged\ the chat into my nose and they have gone offline just by doing nothing. Stay away from them if you care about your money and spare yourself some anger and a ruined day. I already contaced the consumer protection regarding this issue. I hope that I can solve something just that in the future nobody gets scammed or treated like I was treated by them.
EXTREMELY HORRIBLE Customer service hung up TWICE, food is so late no idea if we will get it. Definitely do not recommend Mjam.
Horrible. Would would think a delivery service that charges this much for their services would be competant, fast and friendly. MJAM is neither. Even better, even if their \drivers\ are late, they still all but demand a generous tip.
One of the worst food delivery places I have ever seen. Nevermind the number one worst. Unfortunately I cant find any others in Vienna. Let alone all of the bugs and problems the app has, the customer service is something to see. Not only are they not helpful, uninformed, and they solve none of your problems, they also seem to be taking the piss. They throw shade at you and pretend to be your friend, and they want to throw 5 euro vouchers at you like its going to fix everything. Today was probably the 5th or 6th time I have contacted customer service and I have had enough. The person who was attending to me \Calvin H\ not only refused to answer me the first 2 times that I opened a chat with him, he proceeded to tell me that the restaurant told him they couldnt help me and closed our third chat without saying anything else. On the fourth chat he decided to throw a voucher at me and tell me that \Onions are good for my health\ even though I am allergic. He even sent me a winky face and told me \Cmon now\. This is unacceptable and this company is an absolute joke.
seing these Reviews make me wonder if I shall Order, I am a tourist . about to order now!...// in USA/CANADA people use Ubereats or SkipTheDishes/Doordash Customer Service is highest and in favor. will update .. its right now 06 January 2020 its 8 AM in vienna about to PRE ORDER a Birthday party FOOD!
