TLDR; Store not suited/helpful for customers that are familiar with their machine or how to assemble your own laptop. If you don't know anything about computers, it might be alright. Not happy with the service, because no solution for my problem was offered. Literally wanted 46 for a component I can order on Amazon for 10 USD, price does not seem reasonable for me at all (I know there is a difference between \vintage parts\ and recent parts). However, since I don't see overpriced parts as a solution, I'll just be patient and order the component online. Also girl on the phone (As mentioned in other reviews on here) sounded not interested in my problem, nor was she really friendly. Not rude though, but definitely no great social skills, or good customer service. This seems to be an ongoing problem, since I have read similar postings and therefore wasn't surprised that said lady was not having a good day at all. I am not easily triggered, nor overreacting, I just expect a better customer experience in 2018.

Very bad service. I came to them with my iPhone 6 which was having software problems and crashing. They told me that they could not repair it and that I would need to replace the phone. I also have a warranty/guaranty on my iPhone..they said because I had a small scratch on my screen (which had nothing to do with why the phone was not functioning) that they decided to not replace it because it was not allowed on the guaranty...They expected me to pay 400 euros for a software problem in which I had no control of? Absolutely ABSURD. I definitely do not recommend this place, they are just a bunch of scammers. I called Apple personally and they thoroughly looked at my phone and after a few days they sent me a new one in replacement. Unglaublich!
Very fast, competent and friendly service. I came to him with my iPhone 6 problem (in conversation сannot hear people and they cannot hear me). Happy result! MyMac replaced my iPhone within 2 working days. And absolutly for free. Highly recommended! Thanks!
On Friday I went over to MyMac to check if the battery on my MBP needed replacement, they said yes, they had the battery on stock, and I asked them to bring the computer back on Monday, since the service wouldn't be done during the weekend (obviously), so that I could keep working on my computer until the day in which it would actually be worked on. On Monday I went back as soon as the shop opened, my battery was already reserved, everything checked, I dropped my computer over at 10am, at 11:30 I got a call, notifying me that I could pick my Mac back up... How cool was that? If that's not prime quality customer service, I don't know what is. They listened to my request (of having the diagnostics separated from the dropoff), they prepared the material (a battery reserved with my name on so that I would be sure to have it as soon as I dropped it over for repairing), and when they were back in work ours, their technical team got their hands on and it was all over under 90 minutes. Thank you MyMac, I am recomending you guys to all my Mac owning friends in Vienna ;)
