I have ordered a package from OBI. It was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. DPD just handed the package to somebody else in the building with no notice. After 2 weeks of writing to OBI, I got only the first name of the person. They regret to provide me any detailed information. That they can not do more for me. I have checked my direct neighbor's and none of them have this name. I do not have the package and neither money? OBI does not want to talk to me anymore. What are my options? People, OBI AT online shopping/delivery is the worst I have ever experienced.
