Possibly the worst car buying experience I have ever heard about. I bought a 2010 Astra from here in June 2019 and from the very beginning I noticed that there was something wrong with the gearbox. Since then, I have had my car checked by the mechanics multiple times (5 or 6) and the mechanics refused to acknowledge the problem by saying there is nothing wrong with the car. I have had the car inspected in other places, including 2 different ÖAMTC mechanics who have both immediately recognized that there was something wrong with the car. The second mechanic, suggested within minutes that he suspected the gearbox was damaged. Yet, even with the proof and papers from other professionals, the crew at Opel & Beyschlag refuse to acknowledge the fault and repair it. I would not recommend buying a car from this place under any circunstances. They do not honor their side of the contract, and they refuse to repair obvious faults that everyone else is able to identify in minutes.

We had a car accident near Wien. After discussion with the Opel & Beyschlag group HQ, the insurance told us to bring the car here so the expert can come and make his work. The reception secretary has rejected us, has refused the vehicule, and called the police against us, despite the indications given by her boss and our insurance. Great lack of human skill. Certainly only good to sell cars.

Sehr freundliches kompetentes Personal. Da unser Auto \Opel Mocca\ von Opel ist haben wir auch den Wechsel der Räder und die Einlagerung bei Opel 52,00 vorgenommen. Vorher machten wir das bei einer anderen Werkstatt und es gab nur Probleme (zerkrazte Felgen usw.) und keiner war Schuld. Bei Opel ist die Einlagerung zwar geringfügig um 4,00 teurer, aber der Ärger bleibt aus. Da wir nicht mehr die jüngsten sind wurde uns das Wechseln der Räder zuviel, da sie immer schwerer werden. Hoffentlich konnten wir helfen.
