It is truly a stretch to call this man a professional plastic surgeon. The point of a rhinoplasty is to improve both looks and breathing problems. Mr. Turkof has missed both aspects of the procedure entirely. Instead he actually worsened both aspects. For the breathing aspect, he added zero support to the septum of my nose, and after the swelling went away it created a large curvature in the interior of the septum: creating a maze for air to enter my lungs. Not to mention that I was not given any post op tips on how to reduce the swelling: no icing techniques, no additional info on which foods to avoid or to take in order to help the swelling. I was left with a swollen nose for 1.5 years which was when the septum deviation appeared. As well as no follow up appointments have been suggested or made to check in on my healing progress. Aesthetically, he shaped my nose without any real complexity: it had few dimensions and natural curves. After successfully competing a revision rhinoplasty with one of the top surgeons in Beverly Hills to correct all of Edvin’s errors, the surgeon told me that my nose was a mess, he had to rebuild the entire thing, and that he was puzzled as to what professional could perform such a surgical failure. Overall, “Dr. Turkof’s” surgical failures, his lack of care during the post operation period, and insistence that I leave him positive reviews gave me no other choice but to warn others. I highly recommend staying away from Edvin and any and all of his services.

Ich habe nie lange im Warteraum gewartet, Dr. Turkof nimmt immer die Zeit alles zu erklären und -- sehr wichtig! -- ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der OP und mit dem Evangelischen Krankenhaus. (English) I have been very satisfied with my (continuing) experience with Dr. Turkof and the office staff. The waiting room is clean, quiet, and comfortable -- never overfilled on any of the occasions that I have been there. I have been several times, and I believe only once did I ever wait longer than 10 minutes. The doctor explained the procedure very clearly (he speaks excellent English) and showed examples of previous operations. I also benefited from reading the Gynäkomastie volume of his Enzyklopedia Aesthetica series. I am quite pleased with the results of the procedure itself. The hospital he works with -- Evangelisches Krankenhaus -- is very comfortable and the staff there also treated me well. When the hospital staff asked him to return to the hospital for a quick look at something, he came promptly, interrupting his dinner. All in all, I am very pleased!

Unsympathisch, total überbewertet und arrogant. Wer einen seriösen Arzt sucht, ist hier fehlt am Platz: Nicht nur werden Fragen unbefriedigt und höchst oberflächlich beantwortet, sondern auch die gesamte Atmosphäre und die Art des guten Herrn Doktor sind einfach unangenehm und fast respektlos. Auf Augenhöhe trifft er seine Patienten wohl kaum. Seine Leistungen sind nur mittelmäßig: ich selbst bin mit meinem OP-Ergebnis nicht sehr zufrieden, was ich auch geäußert habe, jedoch kam statt eines anständigen Lösungsvorschlags nur ein desinteressiertes \Das braucht Zeit. Sie werden zufrieden sein\. Unter den Professoren auf der Universität ist er auch nur ein Witz. Ich muss mich daher den negativen Bewertungen von meinen Vorgängern anschließen und bereue meine Entscheidung zutiefst. Ich hoffe inständig, dass sich mein neuer Arzt nicht als komplette Enttäuschung erweist. Überlegen Sie daher gut, ob Sie zum Herrn Dr. Turkof wollen!

Ich kann nur Positives über Prof.Turkof berichten. Nicht nur ist er ein guter Operateur ,sondern auch ein Ästhet. Man fühlt sich verstanden. Er versteht die Probleme die man ihm unterbreitet, findet Lösungen und gibt fundierte Ratschläge über was und wie zu tun ist auf die man selber nie kommen könnte.Sehr konstruktiv und fachlich hervorragend. Angenehm fand ich auch dass es kaum Wartezeiten gab, trotz des regen Betriebs

Gelungene Augenkorrektur! Professor Turkof ist ein Meister seines Fachs, die Operation ist bestens verlaufen und das Resultat lässt sich sehen. Ein großer Dank gilt auch dem gesamten Team, die so nett bemüht waren, dass ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.

Ich hatte bei Prof. Turkov zwei Operationen. 1) Einseitige Korrektur einer Augenform, die mich nach einem Unfall und zwei suboptimalen Eingriffen anderer Ärzte sehr belastete. Prof. Turkov wies mich von Anfang auf darauf hin, dass dies eine sehr schwierige Aufgabe sei, da ich eine millimetergenaue Arbeit wollte. Er hat diese Operation hervorragend gemacht, ich bin wirklich glücklich! 5 Sterne dafür sind nicht genug! 2) Facelifting mit Halsstraffung. Auch das war nach etlichen Voroperationen bei mir diffizil. Zum Endergebnis: Hervorragend, das Gesicht wirkt ganz natürlich, stark verjüngt aber charakterlich nicht verändert. Direkt nach der OP gab es verschiedene Komplikationen, die mit meinen Voroperationen zu tun hatten. Prof. Turkov war JEDERZEIT erreichbar, auch am 24.Dezember und am 1.Jänner! Trotz starker Überlastung immer freundlich und konstruktiv, letztlich wurde alles gut! Ich könnte Prof. Turkov nicht nur weiterempfehlen, ich habe das bereits getan! Vielen herzlichen Dank!
