One of the best customer services and help this tall associate was the nicest person with his coworker. Was in store 30,09.2020 in the evening, i ask questions about the warranty( this is my first Rimowa I get my suitcase on 29.09.2020) and he answer it with smile I also bring my bag tag and got personalised.
