Long story short, I ordered a Curare with it's retracs on July 22 to be shipped to USA, at that point everything looked just fine, received and email saying they received payment, a few days later I saw in ther website the order was dispatched over DHL. On August 18 sent a message to customer support asking for the tracking number and the customer representative got back telling me the package can not be delivered to USA almost one moth later, no explanation at all. If somebody would have told me that earlier I would have not made such a huge investment buying engine, servos etc. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of merchandise with no plane to put on, paying credit card interest on an order that has not being shipped or refunded. My main interest is to have my order shipped to USA not the money, even if it's delayed and I will be more than happy to change my review. Update 08/24/2020: They refund the money.

Great store with a nice variety of items. You could have a small spot inside with coffee and chairs for the women waiting on their guys. :-)
The shop for me is excellent, number 1 and i give 5 star, but the people work in this shop in Vienna are unfriendly. Base on my experienced.

Nie wieder! Vor sehr langer Zeit war der Schweighofer ein gutes Geschäft, dem ist aber nicht mehr so. Über fehlerhafte Lagerbestände wird man kurz vor dem Versand informiert, keine Zeit um die Bestellung zu stornieren. Egal welchen Wert die restlichen Produkte in der Bestellung haben, diese werden dann versandt. Bei einem Warenwert von 2 Euro werden dann natürlich trotzdem 4,9 Versand verlangt.
