We bought 2 tickets the day before we went there. When we got there, the person operating the train told us that we must print them and cannot accept it. We checked all kiosk and info desks in order to try and print them but to no avail. None of them will print them for you. We were very very frustrated why we need to print it since the idea to buy it online is to save time and to be eco friendly. Moreover, the rest of the people either had Vienna Pass which covers it and they scan their barcode (but cannot scan ours) or people were buying tickets directly from the driver for the same money (8 euro) we bought it online. So to sum up - either get Vienna Pass or buy a ticket directly when you get there. Don't bother with online tickets for this place. Eventually, we went to the closest hotel (named "Zoo") and printed them.. Overall, the train is a nice attraction and good for their price. The only problem is their organization.

The good thing about this that you have a place to keep your stroller, this is the first priority when you roam with a baby. I would say that if you have a baby then this would help you a lot because a very nice ride around the Schönbrunn in a reasonable price. You can get down to some of the stops and enjoy the view and again you go with the next ride. I would recommend the stop which is the Gloriette Hill, you get a magnificent view of Schönbrunn and the city.
Nice tram trip
Completely fail in the organization of the train
Beautiful for a tourist. Like we wer
Nice try
Niec view
